The assembly isn't the easiest but it is far from the worst I've seen. The lumbar support pillow is great but the neck support pillow can be a bit intrusive which wouldn't be a problem if the backrest behind it didn't feel like leaning on solid metal.
The hydraulics are very strong- Almost too strong to the point where it barely descends in height when I'm sitting on it (I'm ~75KG). My favourite feature of this chair is the reclining though, it reclines all the way back without making me feel like I'll fall backwards- I could genuinely sleep on this thing."
